Just got my 1290 KTM SDR Evo this week. The service and communication from Gary were fantastic, and I’d suggest this place to anyone looking to purchase a bike from a legit motorcycle shop. Gary brought the bike over and took plenty of time to make sure I understood all the settings and the break-in process before heading back to Kendal. If you're in the market for a KTM or GasGas, I couldn't recommend them more.

I got my first KTM from Triple D way back in 2009, and I was super pleased with the guidance and help I got from Neil and his crew at that time. Just recently, I picked up my 2018 KTM after it had a complete engine overhaul, and the service has been just as top-notch—professional and outstanding. Big shoutout to Ben for his help! I've been working with Triple D for a few years now, starting with my first KTM Superduke R (Gen 2) that I got from them. A couple of years later, I picked up a second one (Gen 3) from a different dealer. Even though I made that purchase elsewhere, Triple D still provided me with helpful tips and even some discounts on their Power Parts. I can honestly say I've been totally pleased with their entire operation. Sure, it's not a massive dealership, but I really feel like they give you their full attention when you have questions or need help. I reached out again because I'm looking to buy my next bike. Once more, they delivered nothing but precise info and support; they really go above and beyond. Big thanks to Gary in sales!

Triple D is supposedly a main dealer for KTM, and they've got a bunch of glowing reviews. I had a suspension problem with my bike, so I tried to set up an appointment for them to take a look. When I first called, I was told that the person who handles this was out, but they'd have them return my call (this was around 1pm). By 4:50pm, I called back since I hadn’t heard anything, only to find out that the person had already left for the day and would get back to me the next day. I waited for a call the next day, but once again, nothing came through. After hitting a dead end on the phone, I reached out through their website, leaving my info and details about the issue. Here we are, over a week later, and still no word. I can only guess they’re either too swamped to care about new business, or they’ve got folks who can’t pass along messages, or maybe they just don’t check their website inquiries.

Super helpful when I was picking out clothes, guiding me to find the right style and size on the phone. The whole experience was easy and hassle-free.

I've turned to Triple D several times and they've consistently come through. Right on schedule and spot on. They are my go-to for anything related to my bike.

Great communication! I ordered a power part and was kept in the loop about the back order and when it would be available. I was totally cool with that, and once it was in stock, I got an email right away with the courier tracking info. It arrived the next day if it was during the week. The package was well done, and the genuine KTM power part is just beautiful!

I ordered crash bars for my Duke 390, but what I got was a defective item that didn’t fit at all! When I reached out to them, they wouldn’t acknowledge it was faulty and instead claimed I had ordered the wrong part. I pointed out that it was listed on their site as compatible with my bike, and they went ahead and changed the info on the webpage, still insisting it was my mistake! (KTM confirmed it was indeed the right part.) They refused to cover the return shipping even though it was defective. The 'correct' part was supposedly on its way, but the delivery date got pushed back three times, and I had to keep bugging them for updates. Finally, it showed up nearly two months later. Just terrible customer support, steer clear.
